DESCRIPTION
Raising your hands in the air, you call out an incantation to the Lords of Ice before a massive burst of Ice explodes around your foes. This attack deals 1d4 of Ice Damage per level up to a maximum of 20d4. A successful reflex saving throw halves the damage.
Empower: by expending an additional spell slot when casting this, you can cause creatures whom fail their reflex saving throw to be stunned for 2 rounds.
